About me

I'm a multilingual communicator and a multimedia storyteller with more than five years of experience creating digital content and communication strategies for international organizations as the World Wildlife Fond and the International Land Coallition hosted by IFAD, both focused on environmental topics, human rights and rurality in the global south.

 

Also, as a storyteller and journalist I have been fortunate to publish my stories in diferents medias as Distintaslatitudes.com (México), habanatimes.org(Cuba),Semanarural.com(Colombia), Colombiacheck.com,  Elolfato.com, Elpulso.com , desdeabajo.com, etc.

Skilled in Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Resilience, International Relations, rural population and indigenous peoples’ subjects.  I hold a master degree in Territory and Developpment at L'École d'Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales -EHESS- in Paris and a Bachelor degree in Journalism at La Universidad de Antioquia (Medellín, Colombia).

I'm also  part of the 3rd generation of the Latino-American young journalist network of Distintas Latitudes (México) and a recent member of the Latino Climate Council of the Hispanic Access Foundation (United States).
